What We Do

Three things that change
your relationship with money.

01
We educate
We share practical, straight-to-the-point financial education — how to invest in commodities, film, stocks, and other asset classes. Whether you invest with us or not, you leave knowing more than when you arrived.
02
We host live events
Our monthly webinars bring in practitioners — people already doing the thing — to share how they operate, what they earn, and how the opportunity works. Real people. Real numbers. Real conversations.
03
We curate opportunities
When an opportunity is verified and ready, we make it available to our community through Playtives. You learn about it first at the webinar. Then you decide whether to invest — with us managing the structure and your capital.

Monthly Webinar

Every month, one expert.
One opportunity. Real talk.

Our webinars are not sales pitches. They are genuine learning sessions — hosted by Playtives, featuring practitioners who have been doing this for years.

1
The expert presents. A practitioner shares their field — commodity trading, film investment, stocks — with real numbers and real history.
2
You learn and ask questions. Open Q&A. Nothing is off limits. The session is designed to inform, not to pressure.
3
The opportunity is presented. For those interested, Playtives explains how to invest in that specific opportunity — the terms, the returns, the structure.
4
You decide. No pressure. No rush. Invest if it's right for you. Come back next month regardless.

The Collaboration Mission

We are building the infrastructure for African collective ownership.

For too long, Africans have said: "We don't collaborate. We don't build together." The truth is — we have never had the trusted infrastructure to do it safely.

Playtives is that infrastructure. Where communities can co-own a supermarket, co-invest in a farm, co-fund a film — with documented ownership, transparent returns, and professional management.

A convenience store or supermarket owned by 50 people
Agricultural land generating quarterly income for 200 investors
A Nollywood film co-funded by the community that watches it
A commodity trade returning monthly income to co-investors
A block of flats in London owned by its own tenants

The money exists. What has been missing is the trusted infrastructure to deploy it collectively into assets that build lasting wealth.

"We are not building an investment app. We are building the infrastructure for a generation of Africans to own things together — for the first time."

— Gabriel Olatunji-Legend, Founder

Our Story

Built on a decision most founders wouldn't make.

Playtives started as a film investment platform — giving everyday people the chance to co-own African creative projects. We funded films. People invested. Then the returns took longer than expected.

Our founder did something most wouldn't: he personally refunded every investor — principal plus interest — from his own money. Not because he was required to. Because integrity doesn't have a legal minimum.

"Good intentions are not enough. People deserve certainty, not hope."

That experience rebuilt Playtives completely. We are now a financial education and investment community — because we believe trust must come before investment, knowledge must come before commitment, and community must come before everything else.
